How to Satisfy a Woman in Bed - Part II
Sexually satisfying a woman starts well before you get near the bedroom. In order to satisfy a woman, you need to begin by romancing and seducing her hours, days, or perhaps even weeks prior to sex. You can't just grab her from the kitchen, order her on to the bed, climb on top of her and shout 'Brace yourself' and expect her to be satisfied. You need to think Don Juan; think romance; think seduction. Sure it requires extra effort on your part, but the extra effort will supply you with awesome sexual experiences. When you satisfy a woman in the bedroom, she is much more affectionate, loyal, and loving outside of the bedroom. A satisfied woman makes a satisfied man.
Step 2: Help her Relax
Women need to relax in order to achieve complete sexual gratification. Therefore, in order to satisfy her, you need to help her achieve a heightened state of relaxation. You can do this several ways. We've outlined one very specific way to get her to relax in Part I. There are many other ways.
First, appreciate the fact that she's probably stressed. She may have had a hard day at work, a bad day dealing with disagreeable teenagers, or problems with her family. Who knows. But your job is to be the place in her life where she goes for comfort and relaxation.
Next, obviously don't add to her stress. If you want sex, don't argue or complain. Be the agreeable guy who gets laid, rather than the argumentative lout who goes to bed horny. Be the person she can come to for relaxation, rather than more stress.
Next, take care of things around the house so she doesn't have to do it. She will never fully relax if she knows she has a million things to do around the house. If you take care of those things, not only have you given her a reason to relax, but you've given her a reason to want to please you.
Next, don't rush her. Take your time. Be gentle. Allow her to catch up to your excitement. A woman is like a classical symphony. It starts out slow and builds to a giant crescendo.
Finally, stoke her hair and her face. Whisper in her ears. Tell her to just lie back and imagine herself on a private beach, lying in the sun completely relaxed - almost as if you are hypnotizing her. Continue to gently stroke her and talk to her in a soothing voice. Gradually, even the most tense woman will find herself completely relaxed and at your mercy. Once she's completely relaxed, you're well on your way to giving her a night of sexual fulfillment - a night she'll want to repeat again and again. You lucky dog.
