You can flex the muscle responsible for ejaculatory control for as many repetitions as possible, pause, and then repeat again for 3 or 4 more sets. Each day this muscle will become stronger and your lasting power hence will become much greater. To identify this muscle, you need to urinate and then stop mid flow. The muscle you used to stop mid flow, is the same one responsible for ejaculatory control, and the one you will want to perform the flex's with.
