Both eating healthy and exercise have the added psychological benefit that when we physically feel good we usually feel good emotionally. Trim and fit seniors look attractive. Thirty minutes of brisk exercise, three times a week will stimulate the brain to release endorphins - nature"s natural antidepressant. Sweat to feel good and sexy. Workout couples report showering together afterwards is the only icing and cake they need anymore.

Health challenges do occur as we age, but by staying healthy you can still enjoy sizzling senior sex.
