My Daughters And I
The relationship I have with my daughters, I wouldn't give up for the world. We laugh, talk, giggle, and trust each other. We also respect each other. They are all grown up and have families of their own but they are still my girls and always will be. We haven't always had the relationship we do now. But I thank God everyday for blessing me with three beautiful, smart, intelligent women. With everyone being so busy we still find time for each other. For instance my middle daughter who has no children but really want to one day put on an elegant dinner for her sisters and myself. My breath was taken away when I saw how she had plan, decorated, cooked just for us. We all were given journals. There ages are 26, 29, and 31. I couldn't have asked or picked better daughters. I love them so much. Each day I can expect to hear from them. When there is a problem with one of them we all pull together to see them through it. By now you can tell I am a PROUD MOM. This is the poem I gave all my girls written by Melissa A. McKane which says it all
For My Daughter

No matter what you did,
I'll still care.
You can count on me for anything,
I mean that with all my heart.
Even if you move away,
and we were miles apart.
You'll always have me by your side,
until the day I die.
But even then I'll come back to you,
So there will be no need to cry.
I love to know you need me,
and I hope you always do.
Even though I am your mom,
we can still be best friends too.
So I want you to know,
dear daughter of mine,
I love you now,
and until the end of time.
