A New Chapter In Your Life Or Just A Footnote?
How do you know if he's a new chapter in your life or just a footnote? You know what they say! You meet people for a reason, a season or a lifetime. What are the reasons? what are the seasons? Do we know, or is it just because we want to find an excuse to our failures? Because we want to feel better after failing therefore we have to find a reason to legitimate our failures.
It happens to all of us. I also met people in my life and desperately tried finding a reason to why I met them when I met them. Why them and nobody else? I accepted those people in my life, hanging on to the fact that there might be a reason to why I met them, there just might be an explanation out there. But if there is a reason, why don't we know what the reason is? Why would there be a reason if we do not know what the reason is? What's the point? Should there always be a reason? Couldn't it just be serendipity? I love this word!!!It's such a nice sounding word for what it means: a fortunate accident. If Serendipity was a Kingdow, I would be its first citizen. I think I have experienced serendipity more than the average human being on this planet.
Serendipity, the effect by which one accidentally discovers something fortunate, especially while looking for something else entirely! Who's ur serendipity? In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit. Always remember, a guy out there was meant to be the love of your life, your best friend, your soul mate, the one you can tell your dreams to. He'll smile at you, but he'll never laugh at your heart. He'll brush the hair out of your eyes. Send you flowers when you least expect it. He'll stare at you during the movies, even though he paid $10 to see it. He'll call to say goodnight or just cause he is thinking of you. He'll look in your eyes and tell you, you're the most beautiful girl in the world, and for the first time in your life, you'll believe it. So who's my serendipity? Is he a new chapter in my life or just a footnote? What's really the difference? Ten years from now, when I will look back into my life, will I remember you or will you be next to me, by my side remembering us? I guess sometimes, we need to read the footnote to understand the next chapter, and sometimes a chapter wouldn't be whole without the footnote. Whatever you are, chapter or footnote, all I know is I will be loving you......
