Take Control of Outside Influences: Watch what you listen to, what you see and who you interact with. Negative, mean people will tear you down and make you feel bad. No one wants a mate that possesses these qualities. This is restricted to just people. Also consider what you watch on television and what you listen to on the radio.
Make Good Choices: Life is not perfect. There will be some hard times and disappointments. Bad things occur, people die and relationships end. However, consciously choose to dwell on the positive and make the good and proper decision whenever you have the chance. Have integrity and make sure that it shows up in your choices.
