Use the Catch and Release to Instantly Attract Any Woman

Here's a sneaky way you can get a girl to be instantly attracted to you...

When you initially talk to a woman you'll discover there is a period where you're getting to know one another. If you're good at flirting and conversations, you'll start to develop chemistry and will become attracted to each other.

Once this happens, you should use a great technique which I like to call 'Catch and Release'. It works like this...

During your conversation, you'll notice a certain point where the discussion is going really well and you're receiving a lot of signals that she's attracted to you. What you want to do is find a specific spot where the conversation could stop or could progress to the next level. Typically women expect men to use this opportunity to progress the conversation to the next level (ie: get her number, set up a date or kiss her).

Instead of doing this, you'll halt the conversation and tell her that you have to get back your friends. Then as you leave, you casually mention that you'll see her in a bit. Once you walk away, you can go back to your friends or start talking to another girl (this is a really hardcore technique, so beware).

If done correctly, you'll drive the 'Catch and Release' will drive her crazy. She'll wonder why you're not talking to her anymore and will make attempts to get your attention again. Later on the night, you'll probably encounter her again and then you can resume your conversation.

What's great about this technique is you make her work for your attention. As a result, she'll try hard to make you attracted to her. The harder she has to work, the more of a "prize" you'll become. Ultimately this will increase your success with women and will help you land a date or possibly go home with her.
