Anti Monopoly is Not Your Usual Board Game

You probably have played a game of Monopoly before. After all, it is one of the most popular board games that the world has ever come to know. This is most likely because of the fact that it allows players to have the ability to experience being a businessman and being able to be one of the top contenders in the market. But though it may be just a board game, this is probably the closest that most ordinary people would have to being a tycoon.

Now that is Monopoly for you. But have you ever come across this board game known as Anti Monopoly? Well just in case you have not, you certainly are missing out on a lot. See, this board game is not your typical board game where you will not have the option to choose just what role you would play. With this board game, you are actually able to choose if you would like to be the monopolist or if you would like to be the competitor. Sounds interesting, right?

And the even better part of this game is that you can play with your friends or your family with this. And when you have already chosen just which side you would like to take, do not be surprised if you are told that the rules for the monopolists are different than the rules for the competitors. Oh yes. It is that cool. You are both playing the same game but with different rules - just like what happens in real life when everything is not fair though you are all working on the same thing.

Anyhow, if you are a competitor, you can purchase property, put rents that are just fair and also build structures immediately. Now if you are a monopolist, what you can do is put up very high rents, go to jail, purchase property and only be able to put up property if you have monopolized the area. Oh you sure are raring to try this board game out.
What happens at the end of an Anti Monopoly game is either you get to eliminate all your competitors and you are the wealthiest or you get to put all the monopolists on bankrupt and be the wealthiest. In the end, this is one of the board games which declare the wealthiest to be the winner. But, as you all know, it is just like real life.
