Breckenridge ski resort is owned by Vail Resorts, who also own the ski resorts Vail, Beaver Creek and Keystone, all popular resorts in Colorado. Those who frequent the Breckenridge area, and maybe have extended stays, often get a lift pass that allows admission to Breckenridge Ski area, Keystone, A-Basin and includes free days at Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas.

With a condo rental right in the town of Breckenridge, skiers are treated to the historic town of Breckenridge right at the base of its luscious peaks. Breckenridge ski area's famous Four O'clock run empties out right into the town for easy access at the end of a fulfilling swoosh down the slopes. Other than holiday rates for a rental, Breckenridge offers varying rates based on location of the condo. It may be a ski-in/ski-out, which allows direct access to the ski lifts. The rental may be located near a shuttle bus or it may be within walking distance of the lifts.

Then there are condo rentals that require other transportation around the Breckenridge area, such as car, to get to the lifts or shuttle buses. Usually, being closer to the lifts will cost more for the convenience, but the entire area is highly accommodating with shuttle buses.

There are several more factors that affect nightly rates for the condo rental in Breckenridge. It may be simple accommodations that provide the bare necessities for your Colorado ski trip, or a more luxurious holiday stay. The Breck area offers a diversity of condo rentals, which may be fitted for the budget minded skier, or for those who want to live it up on the slopes.
