Condo Inspection in the Bronx

When it comes to Bronx condo inspections, there seems to be a lot of controversy as to which parts of the condo should be allowed to be included in the inspection. While some believe the outside grounds should be assessed, others believe that the outside is owned collectively by the owners' association and is not being purchased by the individual condo buyer.
