The fact that polygamy is permitted in the Torah is obvious from the many great men who had multiple wives beginning with the three fathers and the six mothers; though the practice was outlawed by the Rabbis with a 1000 year proclamation that ended a few decades ago, still the question remains as to the justice of polygamy-why is a man allowed to have more than one wife while the woman is bound to one man and no more? One of things known about the Creator, stemming from the six days of creation which were divided male and female, is God observes equality;

Mark Of The Beast Revealed

Earlier, I wrote an article titled, "Sunday Churches and the Great Tribulation." As I was reading the article later, it was revealed to me that the Sunday churches, i.e., along with the Sunday sabbath, are the Mark of the Beast. An implant or other physical 'mark' may be demanded professing your allegiance to the Sunday Churches--Satan's mark in the world. How can this be possible you might ask? Jesus - Legendary Hero or Real Man?

Surely, it's the most extraordinary story ever told. Jesus, the Christ, the Son of God, came to earth and sacrificed himself so that we mortals might have eternal life. Yes, an extraordinary story, but is it fact? or fiction? One compelling bit of evidence strongly suggests it is indeed a fact. Even so, you will never hear it mentioned in a church! There are few things as important to a Christian as an active prayer life. It"s really the key to our relationship with God. There are several things you can do to improve your prayer life, no matter what it looks like right now. You need to make and then take the time to pray, often easier said than done. Dealing with distractions is a continuing challenge, both earthly distractions and spiritual distractions. Having variety in your prayer life will keep your interest high. And, of course, you need to practice, practice, practice.

You are an incredible spirit of divine perfection, the same composition as God. Creator is an ocean and you are a drop of water in that ocean. You carry within you the exact components and properties of the entire ocean. You are made of God, in the reflection of God, and God is in you. This does not mean that you are God (as a drop of water is not the ocean) or that God takes on a human form as a woman or man (as the ocean is not a drop of water). I recently heard an amazing story about a two year old baby boy by the name of Gabriel, who was the son of parents who were members of the Christian missionary group The Family International. Gabriel died when he was 2 years old, he lived through two years of sickness and pain as he had Down syndrome and was often very sick nearing death. The doctors who treated Gabriel and helped deliver him when he was born thought he would never live to the age that he did. Gabriel was very sick, in pain and near death through most of his two years of life.

Despite the fact that Easter and Passover are celebrated within days or weeks of each other, most Jews and Christians don't realize the link between their respective spring holiday observances. The reason for this lies simply in the fact that many Jews and Christians alike know little of the origins of the other faith's holidays, rituals or beliefs. Although Christianity arose our of Judaism, many Christians do not recognize this. Christians do not talk about Jesus as a Jew, and, for the most part, Jews don't acknowledge Jesus at all, even though he was a great rebbe, or Jewish teacher.

How Do You See God?

How we see God indicates the depth of our spiritual understanding. From an image of a bearded grandfather with long gray hair, emerging from clouds surrounded by sunbeams, to the ineffable, to no belief at all; these are a few of our ideas about God. As children, we are completely dependent on our parents for physical and psychological support - our parents are our Gods. As we get older, the deification of our parents falls a little flat as we realize their fallibilities - and we naturally search for something more secure to fill the void.
