Passover Gifts - Now This One Meaning You Don t Want To Miss
What is the purpose of the the Matzah Cover and Matzah Plate? To understand the purpose of the Matzah Cover and Matzah plate, one must first consider the meaning of Matzah. For those of you who do not know, Matzah is the only type of bread which Jews can eat during Passover and it is made from flour and water. On the night that the pharaoh let the children of Israel go, the children of Isreal had no time to bake their bread. They had to get out of Egypt as fast as they could before the pharaoh changed his mind (again), so they could not bake their bread. If you know anything about bread then you know the result of not baking your bread, the yeast in the bread does not get an opportunity to rise.
The Tomb of Jesus - A Strong Delusion In Fulfillment of Bible Prophecy
Almost everyone in America knows the story of Jesus. The fact that he was crucified and that the Bible says he rose from the dead. It is not a matter of debate that Jesus lived. It is well accepted around the world and among most religions that he was a good man who did miracles. It is a historical fact that he was crucified. No body debates this. What is debated is whether Jesus rose from the dead. Does the recent discovery of a tomb which is claimed to contain the body of Jesus and his family discredit the biblical account. I think not. Rather, I think it confirms the conspiracy that the Bible says existed to discredit the resurrection of Jesus.
The Lost Tomb of Jesus - Does It Fit The Very Definition of Oxymoron?
Webster's says an oxymoron is "a combination of contradictory or incongruous words." An example would be, it was so hot, it was cold. I would contend that it would also include using the Bible as reliable evidence in order to prove the Bible is unreliable. Either the Bible is reliable or it is unreliable, it can't be both. The makers of the documentary "The Lost Tomb of Jesus" rely very heavily on the Bible to support their claims that they have found the lost tomb of Jesus and his family. Yet, if you follow their theory to its logical end, in order to accept their theory as correct, you must accept the Bible as unreliable.
Will Religion Be The Next Driving Force Of Technology?
For many years now (and when I say many, I mean ever since the dawn of religion) there has been an ongoing debate amongst religions and especially Christianity as to what role technology should play for Christians. There has been much resistance and in some cases, there is downright contempt for technology. But is that really fair? ... Let's face it, we live in a highly plugged-in world. Technology now is now a part of our every day life in practically every waking hour and non-waking hour for that matter. Our children have grown up in this world and now expect technology in everything they do from video games to cellphones.
Memory Cross - Not the Stuffy Tracts of the Past
Let"s face it: most tracts that people hand out are not even read. That may now change. Two North Carolina pastors have found a new way to share the Christian faith with kids. Unlike the stuffy tracts of the past, these fun cards will delight kids of all ages. Memory Cross is a four panel interactive card that is designed origami style. They unfold to reveal selected bible verses. They are targeted for children ages 4-13 and use colorful graphics to attract the attention of both children and adults. The creator, Pastor Andy Lambert, originally intended them to be used in children"s sermons to tell bible stories.
Church Logo Designs - Components Of Church Logo Designs
Church logo designs are different from logos belonging to other industries. As the name itself define it, Church Logo designs are not meant to be attractive but they should be portraying the church"s motive well. If you ever look at church logo designs, you will actually find them very different from conventional logos. The reason is very apparent; the motive behind the logo design. Normally, companies produce eye catching and competitive logos in order to attract the public. However, this is not the case with church logo designs. Churches do not produce logos to attract public towards them but the only motive they have behind a logo design is to tell their objective to the public.

The Sacred Flame Of The Heart - Part One
The Burning Heart When the heart burns passionately for the sacredness in life, it burns for the Holy Christos and its virtuous attributes so that we may reflect and live these in our own lives. It burns for sacred wisdom to learn of deeper paths of the inner heavenly kingdom, found within the soul. It burns for the Truth of all truths, the ultimate reality of God, beyond everything we thought was true. It burns to be free from the bitter shackles of worldliness, to become perfected and harmonized with its Creator, to become whole and unified with the Divine. It burns to serve and to love the most Holy One, to love Him more than ever before, and it burns to feel the love of God, for God first loved us so that we may grow to love Him.
Countering the Anti-Christian Culture
Are you tired of those who claim to be tolerant but tolerate everything EXCEPT Christianity? It's amazing how the saving message of Jesus Christ causes such a strong reaction among the politically correct crowd. Almost every vestige of Christianity has been stripped from the culture. But one place they can't strip it is off your back. That's why the wearing of Christian clothing and Christian jewelry has caught on so powerfully among believers who want to share their faith and counter the anti-God culture. Christian T-Shirts are hugely popular, with messages taken straight from the Bible emblazed across the front and back in brght and bold shirts with very creative designs.
