Ruined Rural Economy - Leprechaun Looms Budget Part-21

My dear readers, in this article I am going to share the Indian Agricultural Leprechaun Approach (IAAA) of ripping apart large land masses; and diverting fertile land pieces from farming sector to industrial rock bed. The outcome of one such land grabbing exercise of government has dented vision, like a Horse Eye-guard Vision (HEV) which is inflicting severe economic blows like Wounds of Nandigram (WON). How many innocent people have become the victims of forced eviction by Communist Party of Marxist (CPM) of India would never be known to the rest of the world beyond the magical figure of 14 deaths but real picture which is emerging is horrible tale of differences subduing tactics of Poor and Mighty (PAM). The recorded rape cases of poor women are another shame on Indian Political leadership.
The recent nuclear deadlock of Indian CPM again Amalgamated Government of Opportunists (AGOP) has shown that their happiness and sorrows are more linked with the people of China than that of India. These leaders are more worried about feared Isolation of China and not progress of own country. The Indian must now understand and discard such opportunist leaders in future and put them in their bays. Why not they should do so? Cause, the politburo's lifeline would be threatened.
I am very positive that the present pace of development and dream industrialization growth target of 8% to 10% is achievable; but; at what cost? We need to examine and review Indian people's need and their demands. .
The style with which the present AGOP leadership is moving against the vision of Father of the Nation Gandhiji (FONG) of creating Special Economic Zone (SEZ) by diverting fertile land masses, there are wide spread fears of rapid Criminalization of Society (COS). The recent attempt of Indian Planning Commission to allocate over 4% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to boost IAFS seems to be an attempt to entice the farmers before next Parliamentary Elections.
Asian farmers especially South East Asian Nations, Sri Lanka and Maldives can follow our model of growth of Home Agricultural Product Delivery and Procurement Model (HAPDAD) of growth by dividing the entire country in to Crop Based Agro Production Zones (CBAPZ) to encourage development of Specialized Economic Zones (SEZ). What I intent to say that if a states soil is suitable for sugarcane production, then all other states adjoining the state can be identified and encouraged to grow and cultivate sugar. After identifying a large area for sugarcane productions, now create SEZ for various industries for making sugar, molasses, wines and breweries, card and paper mills and others can be located with in a days turn round of products. It is exactly what I discussed as Kalpna's Economic Environment Loop (KEEL). Why should not a state prosperous after such a fine set up?
At the end, I would suggest creating Services on the principles of "Service at the Door Stair" (SADS) and not like clerks sitting in an air conditioned rooms to delay every file without under table weight increase.
29 February 2008, Mr Chidambaram has presented a lucid and deficient revolving budget which has broken the back bone of .Indian basic Indian Farming and Agro Sector (IFAS).
Once again I am going to ask, are people going to eat computers? What relief a Common Ordinary Man (COM) has been given? Negligible, infact the budget would further loosen COM packet thus making a deep dent on health and life.
Rise in cost of Cement and bar would further tax a COM and Middle Income Group (MIG) people.
I would like to bring out a few observations for every Indian to study and look beyond FM mind cap. Indian FM is very clear what he has done to the nation systematically,
One; Man Mohan- Chidambaram- Ahluwalia trio has systematically ruined the Indian Agro Sector;
Two; they have widen gap between haves (HV) and Have Not (HVN). What I mean that rich has become richest and poor poorest.
Three; Congress had benefited those business houses who had the capacity to fill party coffin;
Four; subsidy on fertilizer has not been given to benefit farmers but it would ultimately benefit only importers, suppliers and manufacturers;
Five; the most important issue of suicide of farmers in India has been haunting our minds. Infact, it is biggest disgrace for a nation whose farmer's commit suicide and Congress led UPA has ensured that over 3000 farmers ended their lives. The relief to small farmers across the board makes the budget once again doubtful in its implementation.
My dear readers, I feel that UPA in India has successfully ruined IFAS and filled their coffins for another ten years to sustain party even if she does not win elections.
I pray to Indian investors please do not depend on rising Index as I see sudden kill in future like slow poisoning injection. What I perceive that the Indian economy can only sustain her market index not more than over 12000 points? Some of the future changes I visualize that ruling alliance would withdraw her Indirect Market Entry Players (IMEP) share which is sustaining high index.
My dear readers, Imagine, Indian Market Index (IMI) shooting up from just 3965 points in 2002 to over 22000 points in 2007 just three years has made IMEP. How UPA leaderships have deliberately pumped in such a large sum of money through proxy? The IMEP houses have earned millions of rupees in these last four years. There is very little difference between bankruptcy and prosperity.
The new stream of suicides of small investors is another gift of trio economic policies. Who has been ultimately been benefited in last four years of Congress rule:
a) numerous other Ambanies have born through proxy;
b) COM suffered at every stage;
c) UPA opened a new stream of Students Suicide;
d) UPA opened new chain of suicide of small investor; and
e) Unending stream of farmer's suicide.
I hope my readers would understand the debacle of hidden conspiracy of western market. The losses of Indian in world trade would make India a better Nation, provide our leadership act as such. Reader's views are solicited at s_kalpna@hotmail.com
