Which Work At Home Internet Marketing Business Is Right For You?

When the bills keep coming in and the income just doesn't keep the pace, many of us wonder if there is a work at home Internet marketing business out there for us. Some way to earn even a part time income. If you're like most, you just want to keep the bills paid up and maybe have a bit left over for fun.

So you head onto the 'net and poke around how to make money on-line. An hour into the search you are overwhelmed with the opportunities and click that little X in the upper right hand corner, temporarily pushing aside the idea of making money at home.

Next day after work and a visit to the bank to deposit your tiny paycheck, you head back to the 'net and pray for help. Something - anything to make some extra money!

Can I be honest with you? It takes more than a need for money to make it on line. It takes a desire to help people get what they want. What's more, you will be most successful on the Internet or any business, if you share what you are passionate about. Passionate? That's something you ramble on about with your buddies or girl friends; that something you go to sleep thinking about and bugs you throughout the day.

Next, what are you good at? What is it that you do so well people even take you aside to comment on it. Can you write, teach, design, build, inspire?

Say you are passionate about healthy living; eating right, exercise, stress free lifestyle. And you are gifted with the ability to write. It seems to me that you could write articles about how to make good eating choices, exercise to fit their lifestyle, etc. Write books and e-courses to share your love for good health.

We are assuming that there is an audience that is spending money on healthy living (which there is by the way!) You may be passionate about mating habits of giant squid and you have written 400 pages on the subject but, ummm, who would pay for it?

So, once you have a paying audience for your passion, how do you get and keep them. Any work at home Internet marketing business requires a responsive mailing list! You may not be passionate about this aspect of the business but if you don't get this right, your Internet Marketing efforts are sunk.

Love your audience. Know your audience's needs and desires. Walk with them. Visit the places where they hang out and learn what it is that they crave. Then give it to them. Yes, I mean give it to them. I heard it said, "give people what they need, then sell them what they want.

Give them pages or hours of what they need to know to fulfill their dream or desire. Then turn around and sell them the tools and tricks they now want to get it done. You can do this by sending regular articles, newsletters, short e-courses teaching and giving. Only then will your prospects be ready to spend their money with you. And then you can offer them a product or service that helps them fulfill that want.

A properly built and maintained mailing list is your business' life's blood. Find out what your audience needs and give them regular doses of it. Then sprinkle in an occasional sale of something that will fulfill that need - something that they now want and you have your own ideal, work at home Internet Marketing business.
