2. Drink plenty of water daily (1/2 to 1 gallon is ideal)
3. Get plenty of sleep every night (7- 8 hours)
4. Cardio exercise (I recommend high intensity cardio)
5. Weight training exercise (You have got to make sure you build lean muscle. Building lean muscle is a surefire way to fast fat loss)
6. And most importantly....stay consistent. Consistency is key if you expect results...especially if you want fast results. From the minute you start on your journey, you can't fall off track. Stick with it, and you will have fast fat loss, weight loss, and will finally end up with a tone and lean physique along with a happy healthy body internally.
