Tips to Avoid Extra Fat Content
If you are eating out at a restaurant, and have food which is loaded with extra oil on top of It, then here is what to do.
Pizzas or steaks, fries all have extra oil on them, so try taking a napkin and squish out that extra oil from the top. The extra oil will get rid of the extra fat and save you from gaining two pounds instead of four.
Do not eat food without realizing how many calories it has. Do not sit in front of a television or talk to a friend on the phone while you are eating. Make sure you watch what goes in your mouth. Do the same at restaurants, make sure you pick the choices carefully and then eat them wisely.
Order a bowl of salad or clear soup before your entrée when eating out. This will always help you eating less, and make you feel fuller. Eating the salad will give you all the vitamins, minerals your body requires.
When hungry try having a small piece of low fat cottage cheese to give you the feeling that you have eaten enough. Plus cheese is the best snack, it has all the required protein, ,fiber, and calcium in it. So go and pick your favorite cheese today.
Do not order large or medium sized drinks anywhere. Most Americans are famous for their huge serving sizes. Well you do not want to be a victim of that. Always order a small smoothie if you want to have one, small fries, and make sure whatever you have, is always in a small packaging.
Avoid going to the "ALL YOU CAN EAT" buffet places. The problem with these places is when you see so much food , and others trying to eat as much as possible for the paid money you try to eat a lot as well. This is not a good attempt since, you will be mixing all different types of foods with each other. You will probably make several trips to each section. The concept of moderation does not exist at a buffet place. You should avoid going to such places. Rather eat something which is in a smaller quantity or at least one type of food. Do you know when you mix different types of foods, it becomes harder for your body to break them down? Plus most of it is turned into fat if not digested properly. So all the extra fat you eat at these places will start showing up within a few weeks on either your belly or hips.
