Having a weight loss chart is a very good tool to use in helping you to lose weight. The weight loss chart can help you keep track of calories, carbohydrates, fiber content and many more things.

What I have found through out my research is people in general do not like to set goals for themselves. If you are going to lose weight on a consistent basis then you will need to set a goal and make plans on reaching your weight loss goals.

1) Favorite food list, you will need to list the foods you are planning to have in your menu. Make sure you include foods that are low calorie, non-white breads and make sure you include foods with fiber.
2) Include the fat content, calories, carbohydrates, protein content, and fiber.
3) Nutritional value of each of the foods. This will serve as a reference for the vitamin, mineral content of the foods.
4) Put the weight chart where you will see it every time you are in the kitchen. Preferably on the refrigerator that way you can not miss it.
5) Finally yet importantly your weight loss chart should have a section to record your weight and measurements. Sometimes by watching the scales it want look like you are making any progress. This is why you need to take measurements. By measuring you will see that your body is shrinking even though you have not lost that much weight.
