It is told that 60% of the US people is unhealthy & obese one way or the other. Knowing this, most professionals started researching all kinds of stuff to help men & women who have the desire to lose weight.

Tens of thousands of professionals such as nutritionists, trainers, doctors, chemists & others are constantly searching new formulas, new workouts, new ingredients, new theories, new foods, new ways to help men & women who have this issue solve it more simpler.

Today, having all these techniques & information available had made it really easy to achieve at getting slimmer, getting in shape or just getting healthier. But, even with all the available tools & assistance, the number of 60% still seems to remain present.

How is this possible?

In this article I am going to inform you the 5 things I think are holding the men & women back from obtaining their goals and succeeding in this area of life and I'm also going to show you the one thing that you need to do to avoid these!

So what are stopping most from succeeding?

1. They don't get started. And I believe that is the number one thing why most people don't succeed is because they just don't start doing the stuff that will take them towards their goal. They don't start using a eating plan, they don't start working out, they just don't do it. And they reason themselves into this. They say all excuses they can think of.

2. They stop. People in the second category who actually start working out and eating healthy can also not succeed in their plans simply because they just stop. They try to push themselves too hard in the beginning and find this whole process exhausting for them or it is too big of a change for them that a small voice in their mind just tells them "this is not me", "why am I doing this?", "this is a waste of time", "I'll never succeed", etc. They just aren't used to doing these kind of things and it's a pain for them, so they simply stop and give up.

3. They don't fully commit to it. These are the ones who don't take it real. They just do it to get it over with. They may just have half of the program like just exercising without a diet, or just having a diet and not working out. Or maybe they work out and have a diet, but even though they have a diet, they do not use it fully, they may skip away or take frequent breaks from exercises just because now they are too tired, or don't have enough time, or whatever other excuse they get creative to find. Of course in the beginning you must take it step by step and don't push yourself too hard, but some people even after 3 weeks they still have this policy. If they don't use their program fully, then they aren't using that program fully, but a minor sub-program.

4. They make up lame excuses. People are very good at making up stuff. They are very creative indeed. But what most don't get is that all those excuses they make up to stop themselves from succeeding are actually using up a lot of their energy and time. They don't have time, they are too used up from last time, they aren't in the mood, their favorite movie is up, and a whole lot of other stuff. All these excuses are either stopping them from starting or stopping them from moving forward properly or at all.

5. They are badly informed. Well some guys are just mis-informed. They don't have the correct information in order to achieve and to keep them on track. That's why everybody should at least teach themselves a bit by getting a book or talking to experts, physicians, trainers before they start their workout. A good information in the beginning can be a big help in the long run. Let's face it, if you exercise by having wrong information then you might potentially injure your self and then you would need work.

Now that you know these 5 stuff that keep persons from succeeding you should be more informed and see them if they start up in yourself. The number one thing that you must do to avoid all of these is to just GET STARTED, and live by this principle everyday, until you create your plan.

Whatever excuse comes to mind, just overlook it because you don't have time to hear it because you have to GET STARTED!

Your favorite movie is up and you still haven't worked out ? Work out in face of the TV, run a bit in place, jump, don't just stand there.

Stop all the excuses and get started, RIGHT NOW! If you have time to surf in the internet it means you have time to start & take action. Viewing this article is a beginning, is informing yourself. But don't stop here! You can go outside after this and jog a little bit, why not ? Even if it's 11PM at night, so what? Just do it! Don't think about it!

You can't stop yourself from getting too much fast-food ? Well carry less cash in your pocket!

You have some injury? Well workout around the injury. Having injury doesn't mean you don't workout at all, it's about finding solutions to your problems.

If you can get creative of your excuses you can also get creative to finding a solution to them.

So TAKE ACTION TODAY!

No more excuses!
