How to Lose 11 Pounds in 9 Days
Recently, I've been asked a few times how you can lose 11 pounds in 9 days. I was a little surprised by the question since usually when someone asks me how soon they can lose a certain amount of pounds it has a 5 or a 0 at the end of the number. But then I realized where this question was coming from, and I was a bit embarrassed that it had taken me so long to figure out.
One of the most popular diets in the world, the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet, claims that you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days. This diet has become so successful that a lot of people heard about this claim, and from there to switching the order of the numbers it was only a matter of time before people started wondering how to lose 11 lbs in 9 days.
So, in terms of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet, you cannot lose 11 pounds in 9 days. As someone who has spoken with hundreds of users of this diet I can say that while this is rare it is not impossible. Some people (Especially if they have a lot of weight to lose) do manage to achieve this fast weight loss.
However, it is rare. In fact, losing more than a pound a day (or even a pound a day) is very difficult and can't be done over a long period of time. It's just impossible.
However, this doesn't mean that you can't achieve great things with the FatLoss4Idiots diet. In fact, I highly recommend that you give this diet a try if you're looking for a relatively easy and stress free way to get leaner. As I have come into contact with so many users of the diet, I can say that although they don't lose 11 pounds in 9 days, they do experience an impressive and sustainable weight loss.
