How To - Lose 10 Pounds Fast
When it comes to losing weight quickly, or in this case how to lose 10 pounds fast, the magic is really in combination of two things:
*Exercise
*Eating Right
And if you want to lose weight quickly, the right combination of both is absolutely requirement.
You might be looking at the word Diet as a selection of food that makes other people lose weight, but it is just not the case here.
Eat a lot of veggies, fruits and fibers, even the most counter intuitive thing called FAT is acceptable to eat. Fat itself has no impact on gaining fat, as the fitness industry will have you believe so you'll keep buying their stuff...
The only thing you should REALLY stay away from is sugar.
That's pretty much everything you need to know about dieting summed up in about 100 words. Irony, right?
As for exercising, don't just jog around like any old fool, it's old news and it's not really that effective.
Try doing High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT. That basically means that you should exercise at full capacity, giving it everything you got, for a short period of time, like 15 seconds, and then resting for a longer period, say 2 minutes, and then going at it again at a higher intensity.
Try sprinting 100 meters/yards and walking back to the start, and doing it again and again. That's an effective example.
Another thing is Hill Sprints, which is my favorite. Stand at the bottom of the steepest and longest hill you can find, run up as fast as you can, walk down, repeat.
VERY simple stuff here, but then again it's always the simple stuff that ACTUALLY works... and it works well, believe me.
I actually just came across a VERY cool tool that creates a 4 minute High Intensity interval workout FOR YOU, and it works brilliantly. It's called the BodyBot, and it gets you and keeps you fit in 4 minutes per day if you use it.
