Help Me Lose Weight Somehow

People would often ask me as their aerobic instructor, "please help me lose weight." I would tell them that the key was physical activity on a regular basis. The minimum amount of time to exercise is three times a week and to make any fitness gains, it would be suggested that you exercise five times a week. You must begin exercising slowly, however, because your joints are not used to this.

One common complaint among those who have never exercised is that their shins begin to hurt and suffer from shin splints early in their efforts to lose weight. This is very common and is caused by too much activity on your legs, too soon. The best approach is to start out walking for twenty to thirty minutes three times a week until that feels comfortable. When you no longer fatigued or feel that your heart rate has accelerated by that amount of exercise, you should increase your walks to four times a week, then five times a week.

I can guarantee that if you keep up this schedule for a consistent three months, you will see a huge change in your body shape, your energy level, your muscle tone and you will be able to say that this helped you to lose weight. The next time someone looks at you and asks you how you got so skinny or how you lost weight, you can can tell them your simple, easy plan in response to your question some months ago, "I just needed to lose weight somehow" and this is how I got started. Believe me, it will work and work even faster if you also cut your fat intake in half and begin to eat half of what you are eating now. That is, of course, assuming you are overrating. Always eat a healthy diet, always, every day.
