Foods To Eat To Lose Weight

Have you ever wondered why Asian people are naturally skinny? It has to do with their diet. And more specifically, rice. Brown rice is a wonderful food, and if you're not incorporating rice in your diet, you're totally missing out.

Why?

Because rice is one type of food that helps you lose weight. Instead of eating white bread, try to substitute brown rice for it. The reason being brown rice is more nutritious, And it will appease your appetite even if you consume just a bit of rice.

The best way to get the most nutrition of brown rice is to steam it. If you don't have a steam cooker, they can try, boiling rice in a pan. Boiling rice will make it lose its nutrition value, but it is still okay.

What you don't want to do is fried rice Because most of the oil and grease sticks to the rice itself. However, if you boil rice in the first place, then it is okay to fry it to add some flavor to it.

Note: do not buy white rice, because most of the nutrition value have been stripped out of it. Most of the nutrition lies in the outer shell of the rice. When you buy the white rice, Most of the outer shell had been stripped. But. I have to admit white rice does taste good.

So if you want to lose weight, eating, brown rice is a good way to do it. I actually joke around with my friend and say, brown rice is the best food to eat to lose weight. Why? Because she is skinny and she eats brown rice all the time.
