Hoodia - An Ingredient of Weight Loss Pills



Hoodia is one of the ingredient that most popular used for weight loss pills currently. By taking Hoodia, people won"t feel hungry for about 10-12 hours, at the same time they out off weight by losing the extra fat because of low calorie intake. Sound good for losing weight isn"t it?

Some of you may know that the other ingredient for weight loss pills - Ephedra. Several years ago Ephedra have been banned because it resulted in death of many people who consume it. It's quite terrible, therefore the question that arises now is "Does Hoodia really safe to use?"

If you have go through my review about side effect before, you may know that there are no any ill side effect was noticed currently. Still, there are some guidelines you should take care before consuming it.

1) Hoodia works on the principal of suppressing thirst and appetite, which can cause dehydration for those who use it. It is strongly advised that you drink enough water (about 8 ounces) before taking any Hoodia products to coup with the condition of dehydration.

2) Hoodia can be very dangerous to diabetes patient, they may feel suffer from sudden fall in sugar level.

3) It is yet not known about the reaction of Hoodia Gordonii with other drugs. You"re responsible to consult your physician/doctor before taking other drugs with Hoodia Gordonii.
