Essential Oils and Beginners - What to Expect Switching from Recreational to Therapeutic Oils

My first essential oils were what I would now call recreational essential oils. I thought that they would be fun to smell, wear as a perfume, and perhaps help me with sleeping problems. You may be like me in this regard.

When I switched from recreational essential oils to therapeutic grade essential oils, I did not know what to expect or how they would be different from what I was already using. If you choose to make this switch, here's some of what you can expect.

Expect More

When I began using therapeutic grade essential oils, I was taken by surprise at the difference between them and my recreational oils. Why?

1. They smell so much richer, yet so pure.

2. They even feel special, even as you hold the essential oil bottle in your hand.

3. They come with the opportunity to learn about them as a complete health system for people of all ages.

Expect Wonderful Discoveries

What surprised me most of all were the unexpected benefits for my family, my friends, and me. For example:

1. My mother has acid reflux and found a way of dealing with it that works better for her than any over-the-counter or prescription drug she has tried.

2. I found a quick and easy way of successfully dealing with the last remnants of my Crohn's Disease.

3. My parents found a quick and easy way to make their golden lab stop sneezing. It works for my mother also.

4. I was surprised at how much benefit comes from only 1-2 drops. With recreational oils, I would have used 5 to 10 times more oil.

The list of wonderful discoveries goes on and on!
