...And was instantly disappointed. You see, acne free in three days in simply an apple fast. This means eating nothing but apples for 3 days and drinking water. This wasn't going to be easy.
The theory on why it works is that the fast cleans out the colon all the toxins that cause acne. Once gone, so is your acne. That was the theory anyway...
