Prostate Treatment Without Drugs Or Surgery

Can you really treat your prostate naturally - without drugs or surgery? That was what I asked myself last year when I had a simple blood test that turned my world upside down...

It was just a 'routine' test.

Just part of a regular health check and when my doctor suggested that we 'take a quick look at your PSA levels' to be honest, I didn't give it much thought.

Until I got THE call.

I was heading back to my office when my cell phone rang. It was my doctor.

"Chris, your test results are back and we need to speak. It is urgent. Can you see me today please?"

A short while later I was sat in his office as he looked at my test results. "Your PSA levels should be 4 and they are 6. There is a a 1 in 4 chance that you have prostate cancer."

PSA Levels?

Heck! The day before I was totally unaware that I even had a PSA level - let alone what it should be.

I walked out of his office that day feeling as if some giant malignant hand had reached down deep inside me and RIPPED the heart out of my life.

For almost nine years now I have been making a living as a full-time Internet marketer and so the moment I got home, I did what any good Internet marketer would do - looking online to find out everything I could about:
  • Prostate Treatments
  • Prostate Cancer
  • Enlarged Prostate
  • Prostate Surgery
  • Prostate Vitamins
  • Prostate Diets
  • Prostate Surgery Side Effects

Bad move.

I was stunned by the vast amount of quack-science and expensive miracle cures on offer!

Unless you have faced the same thing, you can only imagine how bad it makes you feel to read of terrible side-effects from prostate surgery and prostate biopsies.
I have 5 children and the thought of leaving them was more than I could bear.

It took weeks. Lots and LOTS of late nights 'burning the midnight oil' but the more I started looking, the more I discovered that there are DOZENS of things a man can do to start getting a healthy prostate and to keep it that way.

Here are Two of Them:

1. Lose weight. I lost 28 kilos in 3 months.

Was it easy?

No.

Worth it? Yes - losing weight is one of the best things you can do in your quest for a healthy prostate.

2. Walking. Believe it or not - walking is one of the very best forms of exercise a man can do to get and maintain a healthier prostate.

In conclusion, I want to encourage every man reading these words - you can do something about your prostate. I did. Today I have no symptoms and no cancer.

I encourage you to get informed and to do everything you can to get a healthy prostate.

It doesn't have to be a death sentence!
