Breaking The Drought For Small Business Owners Entrepreneurs

As times get more challenging around the world for small business owners and the media are jumping on the recession band wagon, there's no better time than now to share Randy Gage's story with you. Randy was a high school drop out and a very challenged individual who went to jail for armed robbery at 16. He started to clean up his act and held down a job washing dishes in a pancake parlor, which seemed the successful thing to do at the time, the same as the rest of society, but soon realized this was not for him.

So he went into business for himself and opened a restaurant believing this was the answer people will come flocking to his doors when he opens, not to be unfortunately he went broke. So not to let that hold him back he opened another restaurant and went broke again, which left him bewildered at the time.

Randy then started studying prosperity and worked on himself everyday, this change of approach and mindset resulted in him manifesting prosperity in all aspects of his life. Randy works on himself for the first 30 minutes of everyday to ensure he has a prosperity mindset before he leaves his house or talks to anyone, which attracts good people into his life.

Be bold and willing to fail he says, "You can't get better and look good at the same time". Limiting beliefs held him back when he started out he said and he likes the idea of mentors and emphasizes the importance of reading for continued growth. He constantly reads other successful entrepreneurs material, Warren Buffet, Richard Branson, etc.

His biggest mistakes include starting businesses with not enough capital and thinks it is important to build your business knowledge first before diving in the deep end and strongly emphasizes the importance of building a database and marketing constantly. Marketing is probably the most important role for small business owners and lack of marketing was the result of Randy's earlier business learning experiences.

Randy used to be a very negative thinker... "Hard to believe I must say!" Considers himself an information entrepreneur and stresses time out from the business is important to rejuvenate, as it helps him to be more productive when he works.

Randy travels the world running seminars and promoting his products. His products sell in 80 different countries and he's very big in Russia and Asia. He is a very balanced individual! For more about Randy Gage visit his website.
