New Paypal Dispute Claims More Buyer Friendly

Many sellers are unaware that paypal have gone through a major upheaval in the way paypal disputes claims are handled. Normally when a buyer files a paypal claim for an " item not as described " the seller is given an option to dispute this claim, with evidence via proof of postage that the item was sent, this was how paypal disputes were handled both for " non-receipt of goods ", and for " items not as described " now, paypal dispute claims for " non-receipt of goods " no longer require proof of postage ( as the buyer already has the goods, there is no need for further proof of delivery, so this makes sense), instead the options for a seller are to provide proof of a refund, provide a refund either via their available balance or a credit/debit card, not challenge the dispute or make a statement as to why a refund is not being issued, which will then be looked at by a paypal employee. ...
