Where are going? Where have we been my love?
Where has time taken us since we've been apart?
Who knows and who gives a dam?

Do we need to know anything about the past or the outside world?
No, all we need know is each other and what is in the now.
It is the sound and the warmth of each others' breath in the dark that we both long for.
It is the solace of our embrace, loving and nameless, that we need and desire more then anything else.
So I say let take us.

Let it take us to a place where time is forgotten, worries are unknown, the dark is a shelter, and the night is endless in our eyes. There our passion, long since dead, will stir and live again. Each breath that caresses our skin, each touch of our hands will be a revival for our desire until the fire within us consumes all our pain. Then it will be as if no time has past.

Here I will see you as I saw you then vital, fierce, and beautiful as a rose. The more your thorns sting me the more I'll want you. The more I have you the more I'll never want to let you go. For how can a man hold on to a flower so beautiful and so harsh that it excites him as much as it scars him as you've done to me? He can't that's why I can never stop reaching for you.

My mind has never shaken your memory; each day we spent together haunts me like a ghost that can never leave.

My heart has always been your captive.

My soul your property, kept on your highest shelf.

All because I've never wanted my freedom.

All because, then like now my love, I never want to be without your touch, your softest embrace, nor your sharpest thorns.
