Compact Camera
One of the oldest models of cameras would be the compact camera. Even though the old compact models are rather outdated they still performed well when it came to taking photos. They were pretty much the best cameras to start photography with. Even now with digital age at hand the compact is still a wanted commodity. Known as compact camera because back then the camera's they made were so big so when they created a smaller and easier to carry camera that everyone could use they named it compact.
The compact has become a great camera that any budding photographer can start with and grow from there into a more complicated camera. Since the first compact camera were the kind that need film rolls it was important to either create your own dark room where you could process your photos. This is if you have the space and know how to process the negative into a positive.
Easy to use and since it is compact you are able to carry it wherever you go and this way you end up getting all the images you will want. The digital compact is even a better buy because you will get to taking photos right away without any delay and from there you can move on up to bigger cameras. As you grow from a novice camera man it is good to start with a simpler camera and grow from there. Now that every camera out there is digital it is even easier to use the compact to start with. You will find that you won't even need too much guidance to use the camera.
