Commercials Try For Control - You Take it Back!

Have you ever thought that large corporations are trying to control you? If you haven't thought that, what do you think television commercials are all about? They are trying to convince you, in the hardest ways, to buy their products. Think about it. These large corporations try and sell everything to you, even products that you obviously do not need. They use sex to sell everything from cars, to perfumes, to jeans, to whatever else is in between. Sex has nothing to do with the quality of a car, or the usefulness of a doorknob, yet the corporations use sex and other things to sell products all the time.

And have you noticed how the commercials always seem to be louder than the regular television shows? They purposely raise the volume on commercials to get your attention and keep your attention. SO you have the volume of the television set at a comfortable level and then all of a sudden that silly television commercials starts blaring its' product in your ears.

You have the remote in your hand, correct? Here is what to do. The next time that you are watching a show on television, as soon as the show is coming to intermission and you know the commercial is coming on, press the mute button. That is it, you heard correctly, press the mute button.

You will be surprised what this does for your television viewing pleasure if you do this and keep on doing this while you watch television. Take the control back -the control of your television, by kicking out the advertisers. Kick the advertisers out of your home by using the mute button when the commercials come on.

Yes, some just walk out of the room, but some do not. So if you are one who stays in the room while the commercial is playing, just mute it out. You will enjoy the shows more and you will be less-convinced to buy products that you do not need nor want. And those companies that are spending about thirty-thousand dollars for one single commercial will be the losers rather than you.

Imagine that, millions of people all over the world pressing MUTE when the commercials coming on? I kind of like that idea. What about you?
