If your like me I hate all of the commercial breaks in a television program. I am a big fan of all the old TV programs and have found a genius way to watch them and have all the control that the networks have had for years. The trick to this is to watch the old programs, or any programs for that matter from your PC.

PC viewing of TV shows has several advantages over traditional TV set viewing, but the most significant one is the PC's ability to give the viewer total control over the viewing experience. With traditional TV sets, you are at the mercy of the networks as they get to decide when to show your favorite programs, and can interrupt your enjoyment with commercial breaks. When viewing from your PC, most TV shows are shown without commercial breaks and also have the ability to be fast forwarded, rewound or paused. TV shows stored on your PC can also be watched multiple times, and only when you want to, so you can go ahead and do your chores or work first, before kicking back for an enjoying an episode or two.

If you want to be able to watch over three thousand channels of movies, news, sports, kids programming and more, I suggest you stay away from "free" software downloads because all you will come away with is a few channels in Chinese and a bunch of spyware programs. Also stay away from programs that charge monthly subscription fee's, they usually don't work right or the channels you get are not anything you would want to watch.

You can purchase, download and install this software onto your PC in less than an hour and be watching whatever you want for the rest of your life. Its a wonderful thing to be able to have the power back in "our" hands. Just remember to save a little bit of time for the family things.
