TV on PC - How Can I Watch TV On My Computer?

When I asked the question "How Can I Watch TV on My Computer?" I was expecting to find some kind of hardware (TV tuner) that you install inside your computer then connect a cable trough it and you get cable on your computer. Something like this is available but it's expensive and not worth the hassle.

The other thing I found that's way easier and faster is TV over the internet. The technology today gives us the possibility to watch TV over the internet. Even better live online satellite TV. This means you can watch thousands of channels on your computer.

Let's do a quick recap "How Can I Watch TV on My Computer?" - over the internet. Now the best part about any type of online TV service is the fact that it's DEAD CHEAP! You are probably paying something like 90$ a month for your cable TV service, well all of the online TV services out there are not over 50$. This is a one time fee... not monthly (you could be saving over 1000$ a year). This means you pay 50$ ONCE! and you can watch TV on your computer for as long as your eyes let you to.

Another great aspect of online TV is the fact that it's extremely easy to set up. You don't need any cables or any type of hardware. You just find the service you want, you download a small software (takes about 1 minute), install it and you are DONE! You can watch TV on your computer in MINUTES!

The best part of having an online TV like I have mentioned above is the fact that you can watch it anywhere at any time. I always take my laptop with me when I go overseas and I never miss my favourite shows or the sport games. I have installed the software at work too, so when I am really bored and don't feel like doing any work I sneak a peak.

Lastly I want to add the fact that most online TV services out there (at least the good ones) provide you with over 3000+ channels that include all your cable TV channels plus a lot more that broadcast only live sports, tv shows, movies, music videos, adult (you can set parental control if you don't want your kid to watch), and just about anything you can think of. Channels are usually available from over 70 countries so it does not matter if your are from Britain or the USA you will have all your favourite channels.

In conclusion, if you or anyone else you know asks the question "How Can I Watch TV On My Computer?" the answer is live online satellite TV.
