What Is True Entertainment?

If there is one thing in life I truly enjoy it is movies and music. There is no better feeling after watching a great movie for the first time. The same could be said about listening to a great song for the first time. I don't know what I would do if movies and music never existed.

From the first movie I can ever remember watching to the last one. I have always loved movies. It doesn't matter what kind of movie it is either. I like all types even kid movies, which seems to have gotten much more adult over the years. Movies are a getaway from real life. Whether good or bad it is what I call a mini vacation. It's a great way to getaway from anything for a couple of hours. Movies are the modern time books and as time goes on certain movies will become legendary. Much like certain books have become over time.

The only thing that can compare to my love of movies would have to be music. It is a corner stone in many cultures and can also define them. Music can also define a person. It's the expression of emotions, thoughts, attitude, ect. It's who a person is not just what they listen to. The same could be said about cultures. Music is what they have come from and what they have become. Music can tell stories about anything. Whether they are true or false, you are the judge. It is a way to be yourself and also anyone you want to be.

Movies and music are the best forms of entertainment today. They are both captivating and informative. They take you from one extreme to another one. We are truly in the information age with movies and music leading the way.
